By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages from BB Imaging, you agree to receive conversational text messages from BB Imaging employees. 

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from BB Imaging. 

By agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. 

You may withdraw your consent to receive text messages at any time by replying STOP. 

BB Imaging respects your privacy. Information you provide through our Text Messaging Service is used to transmit and receive messages and support our communications with you. 

Information associated with the Text Messaging Service may include your mobile phone number, message content, communication history, and information you voluntarily provide through text messages. 

We may share information as necessary with service providers that help us operate and deliver the Text Messaging Service, including messaging platform providers, telecommunications carriers, and other vendors involved in message delivery. 

Mobile opt-in information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. 

BB Imaging may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests; to protect the rights, property, or safety of BB Imaging or others; or as otherwise permitted or required by law. 

Do not send protected health information (PHI) or other sensitive health information through the Text Messaging Service. This service is not intended for the communication of patient-specific clinical or health information. 

Examples of information that should not be sent by text include patient names or other identifying information when combined with health information, medical records, diagnoses, test results, images, treatment information, or other information that may constitute PHI. 

If you need to communicate PHI or other sensitive health information with BB Imaging, please use an approved secure communication method rather than SMS. 

If PHI is inadvertently sent through the Text Messaging Service, BB Imaging will handle the information in accordance with applicable privacy and security requirements and organizational policies. 

BB Imaging does not charge you for messages sent or received through the Text Messaging Service. However, standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and service plan. 

The Text Messaging Service is intended for conversational, person-to-person communication between you and BB Imaging employees. 

BB Imaging may send an initial message containing information about the service. After that, message frequency will vary based on your communications and interactions with BB Imaging. 

You may stop receiving text messages from a BB Imaging employee by replying STOP. 

Because this service is intended for person-to-person communication, an opt-out request may apply to the specific conversation and BB Imaging phone number associated with that conversation. 

After you opt out, you may receive a final text message confirming your request.
